The majority of the day-to-day care of the animals at Rikki's is provided by our dedicated staff. Their days start at 8:00 am and end around 5:00 pm with the bulk of their work done outdoors. Volunteers provide both on- and off-site help.

Bob Hilliard is Rikki's resident engineer and architect with over 60 years of experience overseeing projects in the U.S. and around the world.

Rikkis is headed by Kerry Hilliard, the sanctuary's executive director and founder.
